america.cool — An American Production. Effective July 20, 2026.

The table

america.cool is a card-gaming platform: build a deck, get your Face Card, play Spades, Hearts and Solitaire, and call cards. By using it you accept these terms. You must be at least 13. Don’t cheat, don’t automate play, don’t abuse other players.

Coins are game pieces, not money

Cool Coins and brand coins are virtual game credits. They have no cash value, can’t be cashed out, transferred, or sold, and can be adjusted or expired to protect the game. Purchases of coins are final except where the law says otherwise.

Games are skill competitions

Ranked tables charge a fixed coin entry and pay a fixed, house-funded coin prize to the winner. Nothing is pooled, wagered, or paid out in money. It’s a skill competition — not gambling.

Submitting your deck is final

When your America 250 deck reaches 52 cards you can submit it. Submitting is permanent: the deck locks, can’t be edited again, and a snapshot of your 52 picks is kept for good and counted — aggregated and de-identified — toward the crowd’s Verified America 250. We tell you all of this before you confirm, and you can keep building instead of submitting for as long as you like.

The wheel

Submitting a completed deck earns one spin of the reward wheel. Spins are earned by play, never bought — no purchase is necessary, and no purchase improves your odds. The odds in force are shown on the wheel itself. Every spin pays a prize; prizes are coins and, rarely, a premium @handle voucher. Wheel prizes are game credits and platform features: they have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.

A handle voucher lets the winner pick an available premium handle up to a stated tier. Names reserved for rights-holders (brands and their variants) can’t be claimed with a voucher, same as they can’t be bought. If you hit the jackpot, we announce the win with your @handle only — never your name or email.

Calls are your opinion, for the record

Calling a card cool or lame is a paid audit of American culture: you’re paid in coins for your opinion, and you license that opinion to us to use, aggregate, and analyze. Calls are final and never identify you publicly.

Your data, your consent

Telemetry is off by default and opt-in. Appearance details you choose to share on the Cool Test (including skin tone) are optional, used only de-identified and aggregated, and never used to score you — the Privacy page covers this in full, including your right to limit the use of sensitive information.

Voice messages (Table Talk)

Table Talk lets you record and post a short voice message at a game table, for coins. You record yourself deliberately (push-to-record); america.cool never activates your microphone except while you hold the record control. By posting a clip you give america.cool a limited license to store, screen, and play it to the players at your table for the life of the message. Messages dissolve when the hand completes and stored audio is purged within 24 hours, except as described under Reports.

No threats, harassment, hate speech, sexual content, doxxing (addresses, phone numbers, personal information), or recorded music. Clips are screened automatically before posting and may be removed at any time; repeat violations lose the feature, then the seat. Coins for a blocked clip are refunded.

If a player reports a clip, a copy is retained for up to 72 hours solely for trust-and-safety review, then deleted. We do not analyze voices, build voiceprints, or use audio to identify anyone — audio is stored and played back, nothing else.

Cards and images

Card images come from public, freely-licensed sources with attribution, or are our own art. If a card shows you and you want it changed or removed, or you believe an image infringes your rights, email us and we’ll handle it promptly.

Your handle and your card

Your @handle and Face Card are yours to claim and keep active. Impersonation, squatting, and offensive handles can be reclaimed. We can suspend accounts that break these terms.

Some handles come with email forwarding: mail sent to your @america.cool address is passed to an inbox you’ve confirmed. Forwarding is a pass-through — we don’t read, keep, or mine the mail. You can change or turn off the destination any time by emailing us.

The fine print

The service is provided as-is; we may change or retire features. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If a part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. We’ll post changes here — continued play is acceptance.
